Q. What do I need to provide for my website?
A. All you need to do is send us a nice picture of yourself and your office facilities. We will add these to the specific pages of your site. If you also have your client's before/after pictures, you can also send these to us. Our package includes 10 clients for the photo gallery page. The ideal way to send us these pictures is by email. However, if you only have prints available you can use regular mail to sent us the pictures. We will scan them for your site and send the originals back to you.

Q. How long does it take for my site to be live?
A. The determining factor is how long it takes for you to deliver the images for the site. It usually takes about 24 hours after we receive the images to implement them into your site. Email is the quickest way to get them to us. Regular mail will obliviously take a little longer.

Q. How can I make updates to my website?
A. You can easily make text updates to your site by sending us an email with the exact changes you need updated. The most common changes our clients make is to their home page introduction text, their "about" page and the "procedures" page.

Q. Can I change the Flash presentations between the designs?
A. Absolutely. If you like one design layout but want a different Flash presentation which is currently used by a different design, we can easily swap them for you at no additional charge. Just let us know which Flash presentation you like the best and we will take care of it.

Q. How can you offer your packages at this incredibly low price?
A. We’re very proud of our services and believe that they offer fantastic value to our clients. Using truly cost-effective technical processes, we are able to keep our overhead to a minimum to provide our customers with as much value as possible for their investment.

Q. What are your fees after the first year?
A. We only charge our clients for web hosting and domain name registration fees after their first year has been completed. Each additional year of web hosting is only $199.50/year and domain names are only $25/year.

Q. Can I have more than 10 clients on my photo gallery page?
A. Absolutely. You can have as many as you want. We include room for 10 clients with our cosmetic surgeon's website package. This means you can have 2 pictures per client (1 before & 1 after) for a total of 20 pictures. If you want to add more than 10 clients, you can purchase an add-on photo package which includes a set of 10 clients. Each add-on photo package costs only $99! So, if you had a total of 50 clients that you want to add to your photo gallery page, you would purchase 4 additional add-on photo packages (remember 10 clients are included FREE with each website) and have all of your clients available on your site.

Q. Do I need to get my client's permission to post their photos?
A. Yes, we highly recommend getting your client's full permission before adding any of their pictures to your website. This is very important and in some instances you may want them to sign a release to have their images made public. From our experience, the majority of our cosmetic surgeon's clients are so ecstatic from their procedures that they actually ask if they can be used on the websites to show their incredible transformations.

Q. How do I check to see if my domain is available?
A. The best way is to use our domain name search page located here. If your domain is available, make a note of it and enter it into the domain name box on the order page. Try to search for a short catchy domain name which is easy to remember. You also want to focus your search on ".com" domains. These are most recognizable and easiest for your clients to remember.
